Mizue Ogiso
Born 1971. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Nihon University, eventually completing a master's course at Tokyo University of the Arts. Did a stay in Sweden in '07 as an overseas trainee for the Pola Art foundation. Builds stories with a unique perspective through observation of scenery, which are then presented as installations that depict a vision somewhere between reality and fantasy combining both two- and three-dimensional elements. Recent exhibitions include "Project N" at the Opera City Art Gallery in '03 (Tokyo), "Get Set" at the Virserums Konsthall in '09 (Sweden), and the "Pola Museum Annex Exhibition 2010" (Tokyo).
